I just rec'd a call from "Nathan" who gave a reference number and also stated that "there seems to be an issue with your internal dissemination. When you give us a call back, we can help you correct it." We don't have federal contracts, we don't have an issue with anything that I am aware of and I have no plans of returning the call thanks to the information above. Received a call from Audrey Pauli and Wendy (somebody) from MS Affirmative Action from 310-363-7739 and 310-363-7809 with reference numbers. In a VM from Wendy, I was told, "Off the record, it appears you are out of compliance with your internal dissemination records." They are not who they say they are. The EEOC will not ask you to go to your computer to learn an update. No. They will send an official correspondence. I knew it was a scam because the first caller, left a message for message for me referring to me by someone else's name -- perhaps the caller before me. I don't know what these guys are up to, but in no way is this how the government operates.
310-363-7739...caller from Affirmative Action said my company was out of compliance and "off the record" we had an internal dissemination issue. The off-the-record comment was the first sign that it was not a legitimate call.
Received a call from this number; MS affirmative action. The caller stated that we are not compliant with the dissemination plan for our equal opportunity paperwork offered services.
These people WILL NOT STOP calling despite repeated requests that they do so. They know nothing about our company yet try to tell us we are not "in compliance".
