Who called from 3103732868

There is no federal requirement that I know of that indicates we have to use this service

We have recieved 3 calls in 2 days from this number.

Just received a very stern phone call from a man from 310-363-7876. It seems they have changed their phone number from the 2868 number previously listed. I am part of a Superintendent Secretaries group and all of the secretaries have complained at one time or another about the threatening and rude phone calls from this agency. He stated he needed to speak to my Superintendent about a case number. I was glad to know about this scam beforehand and told the "gentleman" that I would not be passing on the message to my boss as I knew he was a telemarketer.

I returned their call with the following message, "I'm calling from the Consumer Protection Agency Department about file number 97y83yq25."

Got a voice mail from James O'Brien at this outfit using a different phone number  310-363-7876.
I've dealt with the L.A. office of the OFCCP before and knew this sounded fishy.
My current company has no federal contracts which made it doubly suspicious.
Obviously I'll NOT be returning this call !
