Much like calls as described above. When I asked why they were calling me, the response from the lady on the phone was, "Well that's like me asking you why you're calling me". I was then told I was being rude for asking the question. But when I mentioned Adam and the case number, the tone changed to "Oh, well then yes I'm here to help you understand the reason for our call". When she found out I was not the Director or the Superitendant, only a mere Assistant Director, she said that she couldn't speak with me - a number of times to make her point that I wasn't important enough. It was my number and contact inforamtion they had though. Absolutely a scam of some sort.
I am an employee with Minorities and Success. I have been employed here for 4 years. I love the service we offer and I am very happy to provide the service we do. We do offer services that are required by the U.S. department of labor for Equal Opportunity Employment as well as Affirmative Action.
Half the time, people do not listen to what we have to offer and they feel like it is a scam and they do not take the time to see what a wonderful service we offer.
The reason company's remain with us for so many years is because we provide the best service possible and also cut their costs on what they are currently spending.
In our messages we leave, we say "reference number" NOT CASE NUMBER.
We reach out to company's to help them recruit minorities in the work place, which is the requirement.
Please take the time to listen to what we have to offer instead of taking someones opinion that didnt give us the time to explain everything that we are about.
We have so many clients that we have to have a number for each and every one of them so that it is easy to find the file.
Thank you to all the above....we received a call today from a person by the name of TINA to call back with a reference number given about Affirmative Action. The number to call back was 310-363-7751.....thank you to all the above again ....this saved me a scam!!!!!!!!!!
