Received a phone message from Adam calling me from 310-363-7707.  Ha said this message was for (my name). He identified himself as Adam from MS Affirmative Action Compliance Department.  He advised in his message that I contact an EOE Outreach Specialist.  His message then referred to a file number that I should reference when calling and EOE Outreach Specialist back.

This message sounded fishy to me, so I went on the internet to search on MS Affirmative Action Compliance Department. After reading the posts, it certainly confirmed what I sensed.  There will be no call back from me.  Thanks for all enlightening posts.

I also received a call from these people on 3/4/13 to return the call at 310-363-7809. They indicated a file number to reference when I returned the call. Thanks to all of you they will be waiting a long time for the return call. Thank you for the heads up.

I received a call today from Gina Sereno, this is nothing but a sales pitch to sell you useless garbage.  All you have to do is post your jobs with the MS WIN Job Center to be in compliance with minority recruiting. They even leave you a case number making you think it's legit about an EEOC claim. If you receive a call from 310.363.7707 or 310.363.7751 DO NOT CALL THEM BACK

I am the Operations Manager with MS Affirmative Action Compliance Department.  We are not a scam in any way.  There are many other Affirmative Action Compliance companies out there that are scams.  Our magazine is Minorities & Success, and our website is MSPG.org  A "scam" would charge you money and not provide the services or provide services that are below standard levels. Our magazine is in print and online.  Your website is linked to ours directly.  We include access to unlimited job postings for the year.We also provide a frame-able document thanking you for your Minority Outreach, and the appropriate tear sheets for your file.  Most of our clients have been with us for over 10 years.

We have been in business since 1990.  We were founded to provide the Minority Communities access to good jobs across the country.  In order to encourage businesses to reach out to Minorities we provide a package of services that provides the 5 primary items needed in a Federal Audit for your Minority Outreach. Yes, there is a cost.  As with any other service that provided you with an advertisement in a magazine and job posting services.  We do update all companies with the most current information on EOE changes every 1-4 years, depending on their industry.  This is something we do for free to encourage companies to reach out to Minorities and keep everyone aware of the need for Diversity in the workforce.
