I received a message last month from Darious at MS Affirmative Action Department at number 310-363-7876 stating I needed to call back and reference a number given. I did return the call and spoke to a woman who ran through 2 new mandates (Genetic & Retalliation Clause), she spoke of Secdual Identity, then stated that I would receive a certificate to post in my office or lobby...she would send me 5 documents, stating she would save me from fines -- at this point I stopped her and asked where she was from. She stated something to the affect of the Affirmative Action Department -- I told her that I would call my contact here in town with whom we work closely with. Also, if she had written documentation to support what she just went through with me, I'd appreciate her sending it to me.
I received another phone call last week from number 310-363-7740, this time from Melissa who stated that I needed to return the call referencing the number she stated regarding a Desk Review & On-Site Audit. This time I googled a reverse phone look-up and their company name and found this post. I appreciate everyone's input and to respond to the people that work for this company -- you have a VERY unethical approach to your messages & calls. I echo those before me -- shame on your company!
Very rude and aggressive, has called 2x. Asks for CEO by name and implies that we will not be in compliance if we do not return call and follow the steps given. SCAM. 310-363-7751
