Called and did not leave a voice mail.  Assume its telemarketer of some kind.

Scammer!!!! Serious Red Flag. Cold call to "lower my interest rate on your credit card". Claiming to represent far too many banks. I asked if they could email about the details of this. They hung up. Luckily I did not give out any details of my credit card.

Called cell. No voicemail. Also assume it's a telemarketer
