Robo call recorded 26 November 2013 ("This is Heather...reduce your rate...consider this your final notice..." Credit Card SCAM)
Caller ID: "Marina Del R CA"
Similar to other calls I receive frequently from different numbers on the same subject, assuring me, "...please consider this your final notice..."
** Yeah, I wish.**
Their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business practices, doesn't it?
I also have to laugh at their poor grammar, particularly the singular "there's" with the plural noun "problems"...
[female voice] "Hello, this is Heather at Account Services and we're calling in reference to your current credit card accounts. There's no problems currently with your accounts, it is urgent, however, that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice. Please press 1 now on your phone to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate. Or press 2 to discontinue further notices. Thank you and have a great day."
