Identity Theft Scam

An automated call advising users that they have been selected to lower their credit card interest rate.  

Recording and/or the live person never specify the Bank they are calling from or the card - just want your personal details.  They use vauge introductions and information such as "this call is regarding your Visa". (Which Visa? from what bank?.. they do not have any clue)

BEWARE!  this has all the makings of an indentity theft scam.

Just got a call from this number, did not answer.  Tried to call back and just a busy signal.

I get back to back call on my CELL PHONE from this number. I can't block them and when U try to call to get a live subject to chew out, U only get a busy sound.They dont leave a message, they call early in the morning mostly.

All I heard was lower my interest rate and I hung up.

Something has to be done to stop this number from calling me or anyone else.
