Same as stated above.  Recorded message from an unidentified bank offering a lower interest rate. I didn't listen to the whole message, but it is unwanted spam.

Automated spam call.

just got a call from them, I asked them what card they said it was for my (named like 3 companies) mastercard. I don't have a masterdard, called them on it, and they hung up.

I am delighted to find so much current feedback!  Thank you everyone for reporting this so promptly.  Just received the call, no message. Chicago area.

I received this call and hour ago.  Did not recognize the # so did not answer.  Glad to know it is a scam.
