I received a call from this number. It didnt even give a company name. I selected option 1. Person answered from Account Services. I was able to quiz him on how he got the phone number and whom they represent. They work with Visa and Mastercard for several companies. He did say Chase. I asked to be removed from future calls. Low and behold, no one was there. He had disconnected me.

Just got a call from them about 15 minutes ago. I'm in Illinois. It started with an automated message saying exactly what Debra reported above. I pressed 1, it rang a few times, and then a woman came on (I don't remember her name) and said "Credit Services. Are you calling about the lower interest rates today?" I said "Um, I'm kind of confused what's going on here, what's up?" and then she hung up. Most definitely a scam. If they call me again, I will be warning them, and potentially recording the call as evidence.
I just got this call. I did answer and it was a lady she ask if I had hit one I told her yes and ask her what cc she was talking about. She replys and ask if I was happy with my interestrate I told her yes and she hung up. at least have the balls to stay on the phone and belive me they are ready all of these post to. If i ever find someone doing this stuff there the ones that are going to wish I the cops were there...
