Hi. I just want to personally answer the allegations of USER: pistoff. The caller id in question, has never been associated with CallCenter 360. Also, CallCenter 360 has never been engaged in the business of grants or utilized Robocalls in any of our business processes. This user is a disgruntled employee who was FIRED for poor performance, unacceptable behavior, and drug use.
I got the call today on my house phone. Went to voicemail and the message said "your card has been terminated. To reactivate the card, press 1 to be transferred to our security department.
Computer recorded voice says it is American National Bank and that my debit card has been locked and to press 1 to speak with security. Obviously a terrible scam to get debit card numbers. They called us at 9:30 pm! How do we report this operation?
I received a call from this number this morning. I called it back and I got the same thing... A guy answered and kind of laughed and asked, "Why are you calling me." I hung up.
Called my home Sunday morning; said they were my bank and my credit card had been compromised and I should give them the number so they could fix it. LOL...I asked him how he knew my card had been compromised if he didn't know the number. Of course, I was talking to a machine with this idiot laughing and saying "why are you calling me?" I told him to go to h... and hung up.
