Hi. I just want to personally answer the allegations of USER: pistoff. The caller id in question, has never been associated with CallCenter 360. Also, CallCenter 360 has never been engaged in the business of grants or utilized Robocalls in any of our business processes. This user is a disgruntled employee who was FIRED for poor performance, unacceptable behavior, and drug use.
Some one from this number has called my cell phone and my husbands four times in two days. Recorded message saying they are with American National Bank and need to verify credit card information to reactivate debit card. Just a reminder do not give out sensitive information over the phone to anyone.
I have had this number calling me for days. It doesn't come up as Iowa on my phone but as Lowa. They call me as a debt consolidation company and ask me if i have debt in any areas and I have told them to take me off there list but yet they keep calling. I can never understand the name of the company because they talk so quickly. So when they called today I just said "Hey your company has called me 6times in the past 3 days and i want you to take me off your call list". I didn't say it rudely it was stern but she just hung up on me. I figure next time will ask for a supervisor and go from there. I didn't hear that weird vm message when i called them
The call was received by my answering service so only part of a message came through but it was a recorded message saying to call the security department.
When I called back also got the shaky voice "Why are you calling me ?" That also could have been a recording.
