Hi. I just want to personally answer the allegations of USER: pistoff. The caller id in question, has never been associated with CallCenter 360. Also, CallCenter 360 has never been engaged in the business of grants or utilized Robocalls in any of our business processes. This user is a disgruntled employee who was FIRED for poor performance, unacceptable behavior, and drug use.
Call your telephone company and report it to the nuisance department. Apparently they want your debit
card # and if you call them back -- it appears to be a joke!
I started receiving calls from this number on my cell phone yesterday. When I answered it sounded like a chinese woman and was very hard to understand so I hung up. I checked the number in a reverse number search and its located in IA and is either a cell phone or unpublished number. When called back it does the why are you calling me message. I have used the 8888 to block it which has always worked for me in the past but for some reason this number keeps getting through as a matter of fact they just tried calling me AGAIN today. Only thing I could actually make out that the woman said other than the fact she used my first and last name was something about a free consultation but she was very hard to understand. Now if I answer I hear lots and lots of background noise but nobody ever speaks. This is very annoying all the same.
I got called from this # on Sun 9/19 around 8:30 AM. Automated/recorded msg telling me my debit card with some bank that I never heard of was frozen and that I needed to push 1 to continue and 1 again to get to the security dept. Once the recording instructed me to enter my 16-digit acct number I hung up; no legitimate bank would ask for that without putting a real person on the phone and without even asking my name first! On Mon 9/20 I called the number from a land line at work only to get the same annoying, repetitive voice mail msg as noted above "Why are you calling me?" umpteen times from someone with a voice that sounds like a spector on Scooby-Doo! Then it told me their voice mail was full. Glad to see they've been reported already!
I received a call from this number and it said it was calling from some bank and that my debit card had to be closed for fraud. Hang on and you will be connected to a rep that can help you. Before the rep, you are asked to type in your debit card number, expiration date, and pin. After you do that (Yes, cant believe I did), then it says...you card has been reactivate.
They now have all the info. When I called the number back, it was also a creepy guy saying, why are you calling....
