Hi. I just want to personally answer the allegations of USER: pistoff. The caller id in question, has never been associated with CallCenter 360. Also, CallCenter 360 has never been engaged in the business of grants or utilized Robocalls in any of our business processes. This user is a disgruntled employee who was FIRED for poor performance, unacceptable behavior, and drug use.
Because this is what you call a scam, they prey on poor unsuspecting people with bank cards, soon as they get the information that they are wanting, bank numbers, pin numbers, they go out and spend all your hard earned money. We have gotten calls from this number as well, but instead of health insurance they are trying to sell grants... Which is just plain stupid.
More than likely some CROOK is using caller id spoofing with this poor guys real number, so he is getting bombarded with calls he knows nothing about from those of you who call the number back
Hi TJ. I saw your post and wanted to comment even though it is over a year old. I just happened to own Exigo which is located in Manila. I assure you that these calls were not made by our company. I am not sure how you linked the phone number to our company by seeing a copy of a post by our operations director in a call center forum. If you follow the thread there is mention of someone receiving a call on a Sunday. We have never operated on Sundays. Second, what appears to be going on is Phishing at its finest and something we would never participate in. We have never run a credit card campaign in our entire history. Also, the phone number in this post has changed along with the address. We moved to a larger facility and unfortunately it is impossible to locate every post and change the contents of it. Unfortunately there a ton a scams and illegitimate companies out there. I just wanted to clarify that we are not one of them.
