Randomly started receiving one call per day, then two every morning, then call after call after call every single day. Tried to call them back, but they were too busy for my call. It appears it IS a collections agency for Dish Network, which it great for me, because I'VE NEVER HAD DISH NETWORK. Looks like someone is using my phone number for their bad credit issues - this should be fun to try to convince CBE of! [***] better stop calling my number; 5+ calls per day is harassment, especially when it's NOT FOR ME!
im 17 years old and these idots call me during school! wtf! they call everyday i cant get n e damn sleep! Im so sick of this [***], that the next time they call ima give them an ear full.
They call me 3 or 4 times a day. They are using some type of automated calling system and you have to answer and say "Hello" pretty loud and clear. This will cause your call to be transfered to an actual person. Unless you are on a cellphone w/out unlimited minutes you should answer this every time you can and get someone on the phone. This will cost them money and they will get nothing out of it. Don't verify anything. I like to ask them things like:
"Are you wearing a purple shirt right now because I only talk to people in purple shirts on Tuesdays". Sometimes I just repeat exactly what they say but with heavy Scottish accent. Lately I just get one of their people on the phone and I make animal noises very loudly. I do a lot of barking and meowing, sometimes toss in a sheep or lion for extra fun. It really freaked out my co-workers at first, but after I explained what is going on we had a good laugh. I figured if they are going to try to annoy me then the best thing I can do is make it fun for me.
When (if) you call them back, wait until the spanish recording is over, then press "0" you will get transfered directly to a person. They are a debt collection agency for Dish Network. If you really want or need to talk to them do it this way, when you feel like talking.
