Just got a call. It was quite clear this is a scam. There is not law firm called American Law and it sounded like a call center in India. I have filed this number with the FCC and block it wilth my service provider. I sugguest you do the same. They will keep calling for awhile if you do not act. You know when you owe people money. If you know you paid your payday loan and the company you got it from is not calling you then stop taking these calls. IT IS A SCAM! DO NOT SEND THEM $$
just received a call from some little a** hole with an Indian accent about some legal issues told him i wanted removed from his call list hung up and 30 seconds later he called me again itold him that it is illegal to make harassing phone calls and i wanted to speak with his supervisor he got on the phone and was rude also so just told him that i would call my service provider and have the number blocked well see if that works
This number called me over 16 times today and only one voicemail. The caller had a very heavy accent and stated he was officer Peters of the Justice Department and that he had to speak to me or my attorney of record. I had to call him immediately or face possible criminal charges. He closed by wishing me luck and a "God Bless You"
this number has been calling my home number and my work number as well. they are saying that i owe a pay day loan, then it was that i owe on a credit card and then they called my office phone and left a very long and nasty message asking me for sex. Using very explicit lanugage. The man that called actually admitted that this was a scam and then said the he would keep calling becasue he wants to talk to me. Saying he likes my voice and wants to [***] me because he is a virgin. The calls keep coming. He said that he is apart of a scam that has over 3,000 members in Tokio he said that my information was sold to him, social SSN, home address, all my numbers by an american company and the calls would never stop. I asked him what does he want. He couldn't say and kept calling.....i feel trapped. And annoyed and i wish that there was something that i could do. I am a prisoner of these calls.
This guy called me today and left a message i am going to call back and ask for the name of hid company> I will report him and his so called legal department.
I just got a call from this 320 number which looked strange said he was calling and his name was Officer Smith, calling about a very time sensitive legal matter and to call him back at that number. I looked at the number which wasnt even 10 numbers! It looked strange. Im glad I've found this site because I actually thought it was someone I owe. I never answer " bill collector" calls so he probably would have never gotten to talk to me. Im just scared of what he can do with my personal info since a lot of u are stating he has your social's and all the above, I actually thought this was someone real because just yesturday some one rung my buzzer at my apartment saying they were a "process server", now Im wondering is that someone I really owe or a scam. I didnt answer but I really need to find out because I do owe some people.
