Got the call from ARRAY SERVICES - 320-534-0598
The person at the other end said they were a representative of Cigna Health Plan and calling to assist me with medical appointment scheduling...went on to list the numerous yearly tests they intended to schedule me for ...curiously they knew who my doctor was but I had just been to my doctor who manages my case and there was no mention of any such thing. I did, perhaps erroneously verify address data, perhaps I should have simply hung up. Usually when Cigna calls the caller ID says CIGNA . Anyhow I wasn't going to allow whoever it was to schedule any medical appointments for me, I don't live like that, with a stranger wanting to send me here and there for anything. I do see elsewhere that some claim ARRAY Services had pretended to be their Insurance provider so I thought I'd mention this. Very suspicious that a MN number would encroach on CIGNA TN turf... iffy at best. call was on 3/23/2017 at 9:58 central time
This call is from a debt collection agency called Array services

"Array Services Group:
Array Services Group is an umbrella corporation formed in 2003, and consists of a customer call center, a first party collection agency and a third party collection agency. Between the three different arms, Array Services Group covers most areas of debt collection from “pre-collection” through debt purchasing and hard-line collecting. Array Services Group focuses on the medical and financial services industries, and collects accounts for over 100 “partners” around the country.
If you are contacted by Array Services Group, you may not even know it. They do business under three different names – CareCall, Inc, ProSource Billing and J.C. Christenson and Associates. J.C. Christenson and Associates, also called JCC, is the third party collection arm of Array Services Group. In business since 1977, this arm of Array Services Group pursues unpaid debts as a third party collector and purchases charged off debts from other companies for pennies on the dollar. Among the services provided by JCC of Array Services Group is probate collection – collecting debts from the estates or relatives of those who are deceased.
Array Services Group purchases old debts, many of them past the statute of limitations for court action, and attempts to collect on them. The company uses skip tracing to attempt to locate people who may have moved years ago. They use automated dialers to contact those they think may have information about consumers they are pursuing, and frequently contact family members, employers, neighbors and former employers. There are hundreds of complaints on the Internet about JCC going back several years. The complaints describe rudeness, refusal to supply information about debts that the company is attempting to collect, repeated telephone calls at work, repetitive telephone calls in rapid succession and numerous other collection tactics that may be in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Stop Array Services Group Harassment
If you are contacted by someone from Array Services Group or their third party debt collection arm, JCC or J.C. Christenson and Associates, do not agree to pay any bill or any part of a bill over the telephone. In some cases, you may not owe the money. In others, they have no right to collect that money. Even if you are sure that you owe the debt they are calling about, you have the right to be certain that Array Services Group has the right to take your money. Do not give them any information over the telephone. Instead, tell them that you want to see verification of the debt in writing before you will discuss it with anyone.
Once you’ve done this, Array Services Group has five days to respond by sending you verification of the debt. At a minimum, they must provide you with the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed, and a statement that they will assume the debt is valid unless you dispute it within 30 days of receiving the validation notice.
When Array Services Group sends the verification you’ve requested, check it over carefully. Be aware of the statute of limitations that applies to the debt. In most cases, the statute that applies is the one for the state in which you originated the debt. If the debt is past the statute of limitations, Array Services Group may still have the right to attempt to collect it, but they may not sue you for it in court or report it to credit reporting agencies. If they threaten court action or credit reporting, or if they report it to the credit agencies as a new debt, they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

I received several calls from them and didn't answer, and actually looked up the number here and wondered why a collection agency would be calling me. Finally I decided to pick it up to get them to stop calling.
It turned out to be a LEGITIMATE CALL. I had signed up for a new Medicare supplement plan and they require a phone interview prior to sending your card and booklet. I knew this and was expecting a call and actually told my agent that I had never received "the call" after a couple weeks.
When I answer the call from Array - it was my health interview. They are the call center doing the interviews.
No it's not legit. It is a collection agency. They will try and steal information from you. They buy old debt from other collectors and break many laws. Many of the calls are to people that don't even owe the debt. They are fishing to find anything legally or illegally.
Washington Senior. Don't be suprised if identity theft happens to you. But I am guessing your really a worker at ARRAY.
