Got the call from ARRAY SERVICES - 320-534-0598
The person at the other end said they were a representative of Cigna Health Plan and calling to assist me with medical appointment scheduling...went on to list the numerous yearly tests they intended to schedule me for ...curiously they knew who my doctor was but I had just been to my doctor who manages my case and there was no mention of any such thing. I did, perhaps erroneously verify address data, perhaps I should have simply hung up. Usually when Cigna calls the caller ID says CIGNA . Anyhow I wasn't going to allow whoever it was to schedule any medical appointments for me, I don't live like that, with a stranger wanting to send me here and there for anything. I do see elsewhere that some claim ARRAY Services had pretended to be their Insurance provider so I thought I'd mention this. Very suspicious that a MN number would encroach on CIGNA TN turf... iffy at best. call was on 3/23/2017 at 9:58 central time
That number called me but I didn't answer. Then I looked up that number. Debt collector? Ha, I don't have any debt and my credit score is over 800. That agency is located at 200 14th Ave E, Sartell, MN 56377-4500, it matches that number on Google map. I live in one of western coast states, I could smell scam from Sartell, Minnesota. Array services group isn't afflicted to BBB approval rating, umm I wonder why.
Called me didn't answer. They left no message. Checked online and saw on here all the different answers. Either way not going to answer and will put on my reject list.
