Got the call from ARRAY SERVICES - 320-534-0598
The person at the other end said they were a representative of Cigna Health Plan and calling to assist me with medical appointment scheduling...went on to list the numerous yearly tests they intended to schedule me for ...curiously they knew who my doctor was but I had just been to my doctor who manages my case and there was no mention of any such thing. I did, perhaps erroneously verify address data, perhaps I should have simply hung up. Usually when Cigna calls the caller ID says CIGNA . Anyhow I wasn't going to allow whoever it was to schedule any medical appointments for me, I don't live like that, with a stranger wanting to send me here and there for anything. I do see elsewhere that some claim ARRAY Services had pretended to be their Insurance provider so I thought I'd mention this. Very suspicious that a MN number would encroach on CIGNA TN turf... iffy at best. call was on 3/23/2017 at 9:58 central time
I also keep getting calls almost every day from this number and no one ever leaves a message or responds when I answer. It's almost like an automated call of some sort because there's just nothing there when I answer. WHAT DOES IT MEAN and HOW CAN I GET THEM TO STOP?!??!
I received a call from them tonight wanting to do a survey about my almost 3 year old son they claimed to be with medicaid and unc chapel hill college which didn't make sense then I ended up hanging up after the second question because they wanted information on my son medical history and I wasn't comfortable with that found out on Facebook who they really were don't give them Information if you see this number hang up or ignore its a scam
I am being constantly harassed by this group, going by one of their assumed fictitious names"Array Services ".
They call my phone at least 10 times a week, they do not leave a message, and when I call the number back, it tells you that they do not receive incoming calls.
I Had to go on the Internet and find there name and telephone company they use,.
I'm tired of this, I am disabled, and by the time I wheelchair over to retrieve the message, there isn't one!
This is causing me great anxiety and is causing my PTSD to flare up, if you will.
