Got the call from ARRAY SERVICES - 320-534-0598
The person at the other end said they were a representative of Cigna Health Plan and calling to assist me with medical appointment scheduling...went on to list the numerous yearly tests they intended to schedule me for ...curiously they knew who my doctor was but I had just been to my doctor who manages my case and there was no mention of any such thing. I did, perhaps erroneously verify address data, perhaps I should have simply hung up. Usually when Cigna calls the caller ID says CIGNA . Anyhow I wasn't going to allow whoever it was to schedule any medical appointments for me, I don't live like that, with a stranger wanting to send me here and there for anything. I do see elsewhere that some claim ARRAY Services had pretended to be their Insurance provider so I thought I'd mention this. Very suspicious that a MN number would encroach on CIGNA TN turf... iffy at best. call was on 3/23/2017 at 9:58 central time
I actually got a LEGITIMATE (as far as I can tell) call from this number in regards to the AutoDesk software changes (an engineering program that is very commonly used in our industry). He mentioned the rebate offer that AutoDesk has been giving out its clients which I am aware of and have completed officially on the AutoDesk site.
I didn't catch if they are a third-party company calling on behalf of them or if they are directly from AutoDesk, but he wasn't being pushy or anything and nicely closed out the phone call after I told him I applied already.
Calls at all times of the day. Sometimes just minutes after they just called. Doesn't leave message. I'm sure it's a Medical debt collector. However, they just let it ring once then hang up. Annoying that they don't leave information.
Called today. It only rang twice. When I called back, it was an automated computer message saying that they called to do a follow up survey and that if they needed to they would call back later. Then it ended the call. No identification was provided.
