They called me from 877-775-7615, they claim to be at 224 E 11th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015. They do not have lawyers on their payroll (I asked for one), yet they claim to be a "litigation firm". I wonder how you can litigate without a lawyer. They gave me old addresses of mine and make it sound like they have enough information on you to scare you into thinking they are legit. Don't fall for it, just have a good laugh. By reading other consumers report, you can tell they are all bad debts whose statute of limitation have well expired. IT IS UNCOLLECTABLE and will not stand in a court of law. They probably got your information from a stolen database from any of the actual collection agencies where your account was legitimately placed in the past.
i got a call from them today, they said they were from litigation services. Never heard of them before, she had a strong accent and it was very hard to hear her. I believe she was calling from the Philippines with a mask outbound caller ID to make it look like she was calling from LA. She said i have a legal obligation and I need to call back. They had the last 4 of my social and also my first and last name.
I am assuming that when i applied for pay day loans some years ago. The companys sold my information and these people are trying to scam me out of it.
I received a phone call from this number. They have called 4 days in a row so far. When I answered the hung up. They have left 3 voice mails saying they need to speak to me about fraud. The voice sounds muffled. I'm sure it is a scam. They used a last name that I no longer use.
A muffled caller is calling me and my parents from litigation stating i owe them money and they are going to send it to court if I do not respond and set up a payment plan to pay them with my account information. They did not even have my current information and address.
