They called me from 877-775-7615, they claim to be at 224 E 11th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015. They do not have lawyers on their payroll (I asked for one), yet they claim to be a "litigation firm". I wonder how you can litigate without a lawyer. They gave me old addresses of mine and make it sound like they have enough information on you to scare you into thinking they are legit. Don't fall for it, just have a good laugh. By reading other consumers report, you can tell they are all bad debts whose statute of limitation have well expired. IT IS UNCOLLECTABLE and will not stand in a court of law. They probably got your information from a stolen database from any of the actual collection agencies where your account was legitimately placed in the past.
I have contacted US Bank and was advised this company has no affiliation with them and never has in any manner. I was advised the debt was sold off to a different company and that company told me this company who called is a scam and to ask for their collection license to do business in my state. I called today and asked them for their collection license info for New York where I live and was told they don't need one lol a total lie. Not to mention the debt is out of statute too. Check the statute in your state and ask for proof they are licensed in your state. Do not let these low life's pull one over on you.its worth the time to investigate before you fork over your hard earned cash. You have a right to something in the mail don't let the high pressure used car salesman tactics railroad you into paying what you don't owe them.
I had the same problem a couple days ago. It's a fraud. I owed money to my old U.S. bank I already paid it and I just called the lady I dealt with and she said don't answer their calls and turn them in
They called asking for my husband. A lady named Mrs waters, who was very rude said my husband needed to call them back asap regarding a litigation. I told her he was at work & that i would give him the message, but she still.kept calling me, as if i was lying. I told her i was going to report them to the attorney general!
This company called me under prolific /acquisition now litigations I'm wondering if they are working together very harassing. Tiffany Johnson was her name. After I talked to her at end of call she said I was being recorded (isn't that illegal). She was very threatening.
