They called me from 877-775-7615, they claim to be at 224 E 11th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015. They do not have lawyers on their payroll (I asked for one), yet they claim to be a "litigation firm". I wonder how you can litigate without a lawyer. They gave me old addresses of mine and make it sound like they have enough information on you to scare you into thinking they are legit. Don't fall for it, just have a good laugh. By reading other consumers report, you can tell they are all bad debts whose statute of limitation have well expired. IT IS UNCOLLECTABLE and will not stand in a court of law. They probably got your information from a stolen database from any of the actual collection agencies where your account was legitimately placed in the past.
A call from a woman who said she was with the federal government and they had a summons and warrant for my arrest. I hung up on her and blocked the call so this number will automatically be blocked. I know for a fact that that is a lie AND there is no jurisdiction even if there was a summons or warrant (unless it was criminal and I have never been arrested or committed a crime). No company name was given.

I would call back and get her on recording and then send the tape to the real federal government and have them trace this bish and have her arrested for impersonating a law enforcement officer and attempted fraud and extortion as well.
Total scam. A summons applies to civil cases. Warrants are used in criminal cases. No warrants are issued in the federal system unless there has been an indictment and the indicted party does not voluntarily give himself up. They the US marshals will make an arrest, if necessary. This person who called you is simply throwing out a lot of legal mumbo-jumbo trying to scare some money out of you. Ignore them and block their calls.
