Do not give these people any information. It's a scam. They call from multiple different numbers, one is 801-520-1980, and they say they're from your credit card company and they just need your card number and personal info to see if you're eligible to lower your interest rate. They then tell you you're not and use all your info to wipe you out. This is what I've read on another site when I researched the 801 number, and it's the same people because it was the exact same recorded message.
DON'T GIVE ANY INFORMATION AND PUT YOURSELF ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY IF YOU'RE NOT ALREADY ON IT SO YOU CAN START FILING COMPLAINTS EVERY TIME THEY CALL YOU.
I received a call from 3232046190 but didn't answer, went to call it back and it wont let you. It automatically disconnected the phone line. Thank you everyone from above who did answer for your info.
These people call all the time no matter what you do. I try to annoy them without them even knowing half the time. I act very friendly to them, doing my best to quickly befriend them to lead up to whatever it is I decide to do to the particular caller.
My ULTIMATE GOAL is to leave them SPEECHLESS prior to their hanging up on me, like they always do, lol. My most recent stint was this: I did my best to get the girl "on my side" by being a total kiss-up, lol. I then told her that I would LOVE to talk to her more about it, but I was very busy right then.....(keep reading, lol):
I then excitedly proceeded to say:
'But hey, wait a minute, I have a great idea! Why don't you give me YOUR home telephone number, and I'd LOVE to call you after you get home and talk to you more about it!!'" Does that sound good to you?
There was COMPLETE SILENCE on the line for a good 30 seconds as she said "uh....ummmm....uhhhh"
