This stupid number has called me 6 times this morning and its in spanish, when I call the customer service line for the LA DPSS office its all aitomated and they dont let you talk to a live person.
Did it occur to you guys as to how it would be a scam; as it is an automated message, asking nothing from you? Also, maybe somebody that does get fs used a fake # that happens to be yours?
It's not a scam. It's the Los Angeles Department of Social Services. Usually it's an automated call reminding you to return forms by a certain time to keep your eligibility for their programs.
