This stupid number has called me 6 times this morning and its in spanish, when I call the customer service line for the LA DPSS office its all aitomated and they dont let you talk to a live person.
This is a scam call, dpss will never call from a number like this. Please do not call it back or give any information to them. Please block it if you can. I use to work for dpss....
