Called suggesting that my computer was sending error messages to their systems, and that they could help with the malware removal. The one calling was an Indian, not Native American. after calling them out for being the umpteenth time they’ve called, advising them to remove me form their list, the person calling said "you Mother^)&_(r, We will keep calling you F^%&ing Mother&^(er, it’s not going to stop we will call and call again you F^%&ing Mother&^(er. At which point the conversation ended after threating to file a class action lawsuit against their business and report with the FTC.
My client was called by a guy from 323-489-7475 claiming to be from Microsoft and said that they had detected viruses on her computer. He then had her go to teamviewer and install the client so he could remote into her computer and then he launched Internet explorer and went to windowssupportonline.yolasite.com which i suspect was using a java script to simulate a fake virus scanner that had found several viruses on her computer. He then tired to sell her antivirus software to remove the virus infection and that is when she hung up with him and called me for help.
I removed the teamviewer program from her computer and scanned it with two different antivirus programs and with malwarebytes. I also reported the phone number to the FTC and went to yola.com and filed a complaint with them over the illegal use of windowssupportonline.yolasite.com site that was used to generate the fake antivirus report so he could try to sell my client a fake antivirus programs.
I also had her change the all of the passwords she uses online and the password she uses to sign onto the computer just to be safe.

This man called today, 3/8/2014. He had my e-mail address and the number of my computer. Said he was from microsoft and that my computer was infected and that he needed to help me with the problem. I turned on the computer and he showed me where the problem. then he took me to a place where the screen said Sisco or something like that. The screen showed three options, one was " team review." He said he would have his technician repair my computer if I opened "team review." I was afraid it was a scam and hung up. H tried to convince me that he was legitimate by telling me my address and e-mail address. As you can tell here, I am not very computer savvy.
