Called suggesting that my computer was sending error messages to their systems, and that they could help with the malware removal. The one calling was an Indian, not Native American. after calling them out for being the umpteenth time they’ve called, advising them to remove me form their list, the person calling said "you Mother^)&_(r, We will keep calling you F^%&ing Mother&^(er, it’s not going to stop we will call and call again you F^%&ing Mother&^(er. At which point the conversation ended after threating to file a class action lawsuit against their business and report with the FTC.

The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!
Got a call from this number - accent was incredibly hard to understand. Said he was from Comcast and someone was trying to hack my computer. Knew as soon as he said that that it was a scam!
Indian guy called me on my cell phone today. Asked me how my new laptop was working and said he was from Microsoft. Said they could tell that malicious software had been downloaded onto my computer. I could barely understand him. He wanted to know if I was in front of my computer and if I could get online so he could help me.
I asked him who was paying for this service and how he knew I had malware on my computer, He said Microsoft could "see" when malware was installed. I said. "Microsoft can see what's on my computer?" and he said they could only see malware. Uh-huh. I asked him when the malware was downloaded and he said last week and I asked him for the filename and he said, "Rundll32.exe".
I'm so glad I did this search because they've already called me back 3 times tonight and I haven't answered.
