I just got the call from a gentleman who's first language is not English...said he was calling about my computer. I told him "shame on you", what do you mean? "you are a scammer", who told you? "a little bird, haha: CLICK" They never give up trying ...!!
Any phone number with a prefix beginning with zero (098) is a fake or spoofed number. I do wish I had the nerve to "mess" with them - but, alas, I just ignore those calls and if they keep coming, I block them.
You can't do a thing. The best you can do is block the number - second best is just don't pick up any number you don't recognize. If the area code is out of town or if the prefix begins with a zero, ignore the call. If it's a legitimate call, they will leave a message and you can call them back.
