Answered This Call Knowing It Was A Scammer Of Some Kind. Gave Him A Lengthy Description Of The Problems I Was Having With The Computers In My Dodge Van And My Wife's Chrysler. He Hung Up On Me!!
I just got same call and same stupid question if i m using a computer. I said that i do, he said that there is an error needs to be addressed. So, i knew rught away as my hubby is fraud analyst and catches $#*& ljke this. The dude called us stupid as i do not have my phone number associated wuth any of my info. Lol. My hubby is gojng to call him back in a moment.
Linda, on my phone i have an option to block the number by clucking on it and hold. So, i placed this on blicked lust. Also most companies offer to block a number. Try to call your telephone co.
Tried to call me and say my "windows" computer is having issues that needed to be addressed. LOL, OKAY.
I'm an IT ADMINISTRATOR. I asked....sir which computer are you calling about? Which he replies my Windows computer.... Well Dude I have 50 in front of me, which one are you calling about? He sounded startled because I started laughing at him. I told him that hes a complete fu**ing moron, and needs to get a real job instead of praying on the innocent.
PS - I get this call from a different number at least once a year. They will call back.
You tell them that they are a scammer and you ask to speak to a supervisor. You can also say that you having software tracing their call's location, and you are reporting them to the authorities. I just tell them to [***] Mother f....
