I too received the same phone call this morning, the man on the phone had a middle eastern accent and insisted that i owe his company $250.00 and if i did not pay i was going to be subpenaed to court so he could sue me for $4000.00, i persisted to ask him his name, supervisor name, company name, address etc. when i asked all he did was inturupt me and he hung up the phone when i mentioned the police. if you have any calls like this do not give them any information that they can use against you!
Just to let you know he called my house today as Mike Dunson, from the legal dept of ACS, really, this guy's been harassing me for over a yr now, really aggrevating. If you know how to get him to stop, please let me know, scum sucking scammer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh he also said god bless to me before he hung up, really what legal dept is going to say that, NOONE cuz they can get into trouble. thanks have a great week, and weekend.
I just got the same message, in a VM saying i was being sued and to call this number. I did and was told i needed to send 3 payments of 250.00, i told him he was crazy and that i was reporting him to the police.. and he hungup.
I really would like to thank you for providing all the information on this situation. Because I have gotten ripped off by the scammers twice and it will not happen again. But thank you and keep the information coming.
let me tell you guys something....nobody gives a rats [***] about any of our complaints....this is a disgrace that this many people are being constantly harassed and not one of these agencies, consumer or any of these law enforcement units does nothing to stop this garbage....instead of straightening out this kind of crap all anyone does is continue to let it go on....just like the drug war....if they wanted to do something about any of a number of concerns in this country they would and you know what I mean about They. All these fat cats just keep getting reelected, all millionaires...not a care in the world....don't worry about gas prices, food prices etc......The majority of this govt and country are all corrupt anyway....why would they give a crap about us middle class working slobs....just collect as much money as they can with no accountablity (charlie).....I hate to say this but the only thing that these so called representatives of this govt care about is an unfavorable doctors report....thats it in a nutshell.....you're actually going to tell me that they can't track these scumbags down....yeah right....I hate to say it but this looks hopeless like this country looks unless we start getting these band of thieves that run this place the boot......hey one more....maybe al gore who invented the internet can look into this when he's not getting a massage.....I'm with all of you but have no answers that I have gotten except file a complaint.....which seems like a waste of time if nobody acts
