I too received the same phone call this morning, the man on the phone had a middle eastern accent and insisted that i owe his company $250.00 and if i did not pay i was going to be subpenaed to court so he could sue me for $4000.00, i persisted to ask him his name, supervisor name, company name, address etc. when i asked all he did was inturupt me and he hung up the phone when i mentioned the police. if you have any calls like this do not give them any information that they can use against you!
I just received 2 calls from 347-671-0351 from Alexander Black stating that I took out a loan of $300.00 back in 2010 and never paid any of it back. That is totally a lie as I did not take out a loan from them. They are very convincing that I did and that they are going to sue me and the total would be around $5400.00 by the time they got done with their end of the legal stuff. They did tell me that they would settle today for only $337.00 or tomorrow for $432.00. They are harassing me at home and at work. The nerve of these people. They are relentless. My guy also has a very heavy accent. Please beware. Hopefully they will go away. these people have to be stopped. They also faxed me documentation that looked like something I could of made on my own. When I questioned it he goes....what kind of letter head do you want it on??? On the documentation they ask for all of your information and a copy of a picture ID. Very, Very rude and demanding people.
I recieved the same call today, they wouldn't give me any information and when I told him my lawyer will look into this, they hung up on me. My lawyer called and when she starting asking too many questions they hung up on her too. My callers name was Ricky Jones, how does a person that you could barely understand have a name like Ricky Jones. WTF. I know the next time they call I will be calling the police dept. I also recieved a call from the same guy about a yr ago stating that I was being sued by the california supreme court. Never heard anything else about that. Hopefully we all can get them to stop harassing us.
I received a call from a Mac Dawson thelling me that I owed money to the company of PCS and they could not tell me which company if borrowed the money from but they were going to settle for 700.00 dollars. They even treatened me with a law suit
I also receive a call from a man name Gabriel Johnson and i almost sent them money until my brain kicked in and i decided to Google the email address and I found this information so despite the emotional stress that this man caused me and he really cause a lot of stress since i am a single mother with 2 sick parents to take care of by myself Ugh the nerve of this man and i told him all of this and he just acted as if it meant nothing. Oh well i guess I will have to change faces on him the next time he calls. I really wanna say thanks to everyone who took the time to write these post because with out it i would be out of 600.00.
If you have ever had a pay day loan, these people call you and threaten that if you don't send thousands of dollars the police will come to your job and arrest you on Monday. I got the same calls several months ago except they were from California. That number can no longer be reached. Now they are in NY and are the same voices? I had a payday loan at the time so was pretty frightened at the time. Now I don't have one and they called again...but this time I know it's not real. This number will be gone in a week and they will start somewhere else. They know where you work, all your phone numbers, your SS #..it appears real except that they get mean and if you can't send money immediately, they say good luck and god bless and the police will arrest you at 11 a.m. Monday at your place of business.
