Who called from 3473829226

Called threatening further litigation.  When I called back he said Legal office.  Left message on 2/26/12

Left a message saying he was David Phillips and had papers given to him to charge me with Criminal Check Fraud. I figured it was a scam so had my friend call from a different number. A female voicemail was all he got.

Got a message on my voice at home saving that he was Attorney David Phillips and calling about check fraud, he did not say a name as to who he was calling for, call the number back and got a female voice on answering machine.  Who is this person?

I got a call from the same David Phillips, didn't ask for anyone by name but said he had paper to be filed for check fraud.  What is check fraud?

Said he was attorney David Phillips calling in regards to check fraud, and to avoid any further litigation I should call him back.
