THIS GUY IS A FRAUD
He says he is prosecuting Attorney David Phillips for check fraud (criminal Prosecuter)
Then he says to avoid further litigation being filed (civil court)
This is a LIE. (NO PROSECUTER DOES CIVIL LAW) HE IS A SCAMER
Got a message on my voice at home saving that he was prosecuting Attorney David Phillips and calling about check fraud, he did not say a name as to who he was calling for. Then he says to avoid further litigation being filed call back!!
Had a voice mail from 347-382-9226, also an attorney David Phillips, regarding litigation on check fraud and to avoid further litigation. I figured it was a scam as I've had these types of calls in the past. My daughter answered a repeat call the same day. It was a recorded message so she didn't actually talk to a live person.
Just got the same call, thank god I googled his name because I had no idea what it was but found a ton of posts from people who got the same call!! This guys is an a$$!!
