Who called from 3474802300

I just got my second phone call from an Indian woman and I was not as helpful this time.  They did not fool me the first time either and just told her that someone has already called me from wherever she was calling from and then she hung up.

Husband received call at 9:00 am.  Guy with Indian accent threatened to call the FBI on my husband if he didnt give him access to the computer.  Claimed that we did not have a licensed product on our PC and that a malware virus was detected.  He had husbands b-day and other information.  Husband called me at work from his cell phone.  I told him to have them mail something to our house.  He said that he asked that but they refused and made threat to call the FBI.  Said they were contracted by the US Federal Govt and that they can put out an arrest for him.  They gave him this phone number and this email:  [email protected].  I called our local police and they sent an officer to the house to make a report.  DIFINATELY a SCAM.  Tell your family and friends and anyone inbetween about this.  I called that number back and asked them who the F@#$% do they think they are.  He was like excuse me.  When I told them that I called our police, they said thank you and hung up.

I have received at least three similar calls in the last two weeks. Tonight I led the India voice woman on.  She said she was from My Windows Support and that she was from a Windows support company, they had gotten several error messages from my IP address including " black list" messages.   I asked her what was my IP address.  She said that is confidential and cannot give over the phone.  All she had was my CLS ID, computer license ID.  
She asked if my computer was on,  said press control, Windows start and R buttons all at once.  She asked if a white panel appeared and what was on it.  I played along and said it was blank.
She said type on the Run line, EVENTVWR and hit "OK."  
At that point I said I had pressing laundry issues and I would call her back.  She gave me the famous 347 480-2300 number, said her name is Christine Wilson ( Nice India girl name).  I asked her what area code is 347 .  She said New York.
Asked when I would be calling back.  I said probably tonight.  Then I started Googling.  
Wow,  they keep using this number.  Thanks for sharing and keep sharing.  Nasty scammers will keep doing their nasty deeds as long as they are allowed to.

I received a call at approx. 8:30 this evening.  He said that he was part of the Windows team and that he had my computer registered with my original purchase (had my address and the whole shebang).  He told me that he was the sub-contractor for the Microsoft team out of New York.  Through a long discussion, he was vague in his intentions, although he said that through my computer registration, I was receiving virus/hacking threats and that it should be dealt with.  Although he said it would not cost me anything, I was suspicious and finally told him so and hung up.  He gave his name as "JAMES FORD"... highly unlikely with a strong East Indian accent.  He gave a callback number of 347-480=2300.  When I insisted that if this was legit and he should give me a toll free number, he refused.... HELLO... this is such a scam.

Richard call me for my computer... they are scammers...if i ever met him i will [***] him with out condom....!
