Received the same call regarding IRS lawsuit. I don't think the IRS would be using the automated system. They normally contact you by mail regarding discrepancies. This is a scam, as the previous poster listed.
Received a voicemail message from this phone number. The non English speaking person rambled on asking if I received a message on my phone. I said yes. He asked about my name. I couldnt understand what he was saying, but I knew it wasn't correct spelling of my name. Then asked me my name. I gave my last name. Then I asked who he was and what this was about. He immediately hung up.
