they called my cell. i called back just to find out how they thought they were gonna scam me. When i asked what IRS stood for he wouldn't say and just starting talking very sexual (what he was gonna do to me etc) I told him I was reporting him and he kept saying "no you're not". what a piece of [***]!!!!!
The IRS, I do beleive does not contact one by phone for such an incident. Certified mail would be more likely. Scams are scams! Responding to such calls, let's the caller know you are an easy target to be taken advantage of. Once you respond you will get on more data based scam lists. The phone number's change often,
Voice mail on my answering machine. Female voice stating someone had filed a lawsuit against me (didn't catch who.) Left 360-450-0205 as the call-back number
Call this number back, really. Bait them. Make them think you've fallen for the scam. Then light them up however you want with delightful choice language. F these pricks.
Starts out like the others..IRS has filed a law suit against me. The man on the phone was very hard to understand (accent) and I asked to speak to someone else who spoke good English. He started calling me darling and I told him to stop calling me that. I asked him his name and his response was "I am a terrorist, boom boom boom" then proceeded to say that he was f***king my daughter (umm, I don't have children). I reported this number along with the complaint to Homeland Security. They advised that they will investigate.
