I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.
Creeps called my cell phone. I didn't answer. Next time, I'll ask if they are calling from the office of my bankruptcy attorney. Thanks for everyone's posts.
JUST GOT THIS CALL FIRST FROM IND SUR GROUP THEN THEY CALLED BACK IT CAME UP ON ID CALLER AS UNKNOWN. I did not answer the first time nor the second time. Thanks for the information. Wish this could be stopped. I am on the no call list as well.

Received the same treatment that you all are talking about. Tried to block my land line ID and called them back and received not in service at this time. Wouldn't you know it within 2 minutes they had captured and called my blocked land line number.
Went to my cell provider's web site and blocked their number, then did the same with my landline, I hope it works!
