I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.

I just did the survey also and was told I would get a FREE Carribean cruise. All I had to do was pay$118 in taxes on it. The cruise was "open ended " and I could book it anytime I wanted. I told the guy I was not an idiot and would not pay him anything.
25 minutes ago the number appeared on my phone, no ID and no VM just "360-474-3921" my spouse gets tagged on his work phone as well and neither of us our anywhere near Washington state. He also told them to STOP calling, we've made complaints to the Do Not Call list complaint page... that just seems to worsen the frequency. I know that certain 501C (not for profit) and government calls are not blocked because you are on the DNC, but this is B.S. I know the economy sucks (so does the "whole" government) , but that doesn't give you the right to contact unknown people via rogue callings using an automated system and attach some contest or you'll receive crap. We didn't ask for you to cal us at all hours of the freakin' day, we don't want your calls, so STOP being a SOLICITOR - it's against the LAW(s)!!!! And you're giving legitimate hard working solicitors a bad name.
