I get this call all the time (from Marysville, WA) on my cell phone... at work, at home on Sunday, all the time. I thought my number was registered on NO CALL. Once I answered (at work), heard the word "survey", hung up.
Just got yet another call from this number - on a private number, Do Not Call list, on a Sunday (when even creditors are not supposed to be calling!) Is intrusion into our homes now a right of big money? (Hey: I'd tell them I'll vote for the person who will stop spam, telemarketing, and our losses of privacy.)
Getting lots of calls from "Ind Sur Group", so many calls and different numbers, I've used up my block list! But I'll make room for these skunks to be blocked...

The reason the call disconnects sometimes when you answer it, or you get a beep that you had a call, is that the company uses an automatic dialer and often when the dialer calls a number, no one is available to complete the call on their end, so it disconnects when you answer it, often before you answer it, and you just get a beep letting you know you had a call.
i got a call today about an hour ago. called it back at 2:23 p.m. and got a recording that the number was "temporarily unavailable". telemarketers. and i am also on the no call list!
