Got a call. Live in area code 410 (Baltimore MD). No one spoke. Caller ID said "Washington". We're on DNC list.

got a call from this number on my cell; hung up--it was a recorded message with a threat to close a credit card account. Obviously phishing. However, I have a prepaid phone plan so this crummy call costs ME money as well as time.

this co. called my cell phone. I am enrolled in "do not call list", pressed #1 to speak to someone. I said "I'd like to remove my name from calling list"  He hung up!
