I received a call from this number, as well. They claim to be IRS and have an arrest warrant in my name. This is not true. The IRS does not call with this information.

It is a scam saying the IRS is issuing an arrest warrant. The IRS never calls people out of the blue. The IRS will send you a letter and will not arrest you. They take actions to get their money like leans and garnishment.
