I received a call from this number, as well. They claim to be IRS and have an arrest warrant in my name. This is not true. The IRS does not call with this information.
Got multiple call from these scammers claiming they are the IRS and warrant for my arrest. To funny the IRS owes me money not the other way around. I called them back and told them they are crimminals and stop calling my cell. They called again an hour later so I called them back over and over 25 times giving them the noise of the traffic on the street. Hope they enjoyed getting their phone wrong over and over
This number called me that there is arrest order from federal court unless I pay $4700 and she said if I want to pay they will send officer from IRS to take the money next day morning.i realize it is fake because IRS send letters and I told her to send me to court do the women hang up the phone
Leaving 2-3 messages a day on my cell, wife's cell, and home phones. Says that we are under investigation and that an arrest warrant has been issued! CRAZY! It sure seems like there should be someone in law enforcement could track the scammer down and put an end to the threats and harassment. I'm sure there are laws being broken and that they could catch someone with the phone number...???
