I received a call from this number, as well. They claim to be IRS and have an arrest warrant in my name. This is not true. The IRS does not call with this information.
I have received 2 of these calls today, voicemail left on each one saying Im under surveillance and my property will be seized..bla bla bla...It is a scam. Do NOT fall for it. The IRS will send letters, I know this for sure because many years ago we owed $100 because of a mathematical error (this was when we still did paper returns). The letters were not very nice but they were letters not calls. I wish my new phone had a way to block calls. I just dont answer unless I know who it is.
