They're still doing this - they've been calling me daily for a few weeks, I'm on the do not call list, like they care. SEO Services of Orange County is what they told me. (Latest call 3:44pm Pacific/Cascadian Standard Time, Thursday, 5 November.)
GOOGLE... very rude. I stayed on pressed all the prompts then once connected I asked nicely to be removed from their call list, no reply, hung up on me. Disgusting way to carry out business. I called back and got a recoded message asking if I wanted to be added to their do not call list if so press 1 I pressed nothing... next recorded message says I've been added to the do not call list, thank you. Pretty sure I will continue to receive these calls. A-holes.
Received the call and when i proceeded to tell them what i thought of them. He became agitated. He proceeded to tell me that this was Google and they were a 500 million $ company. I told him i did not care who they were and they were nothing but a bunch of crooks trying to cheat people. It went downhill from there so i hung up and blocked the number.
I do not know why something cannot be done about these kinds of calls. I am on the do not call list and that is a joke, just as i believe this is. Has anyone ever had these phony phone numbers stop calling.they.
Call from this number at 11:30PM. Gave me a heart attack since I was asleep at the time. There should be a law against telemarketers calling at that hour especially when my number is on the Do Not Call registry.
