The "Do Not Call List" I'm guessing is currently under funded - they don't have the resources to enforce the list. Which is why we are all suddenly getting these calls. This and many other calls are "Robo-calls" that are computer dialed and sometimes there is no person on the other end when you answer. The numbers are from servers who sell banks of phone lines to these mostly foreign companies. I don't understand the point of literally harrassing your targets, but they must have some success or they wouldn't keep doing it. If you have caller ID, Panasonic sells a phone that will block calls which I have and I do keep adding these numbers to my blocked list. You can try filing complaints with the FCC @

Caller ID says PB MIK CO. When the answering machine picks up, there is dead air, and the caller disconnects without leaving a msg. I've blocked the number.
Go call from 360-722-5910. Can't return call because there is no ring.
I am on the "do not call list" and should not be getting these calls. It was a robo-call/recording.
