I am on DO NOT CALL list for the past 5 years. I believe the list workED for a while but now all the telemarketers start calling. I think they "entitle" themselves to call when they obtain your number from websites you bought stuff from. The list doesn't work any more. One time, I told the person that I wasn't interested in what he was selling and hang up. This individual obviously got very upset with me. He kept calling none-stop for the next 15 minutes... Is there a law I can find to stop this kind of behavior? These people are annoying, rude, and downright offensive!
I got a call from this # and a guy by the name of Eugine Goldman in the "laon workout department" left me a message stating that I need to call him back. He says he has my case in front of him and says to call him back at 1(800) 441-1308 (his personal line) he thinks he can help me. At first I thought our # was dialed accidently and thought about returning the call to let him know until I realized he didn't leave who he the message was intended for or what property he was referring to. So I figured it was just a scam, so I will not be calling him back.
I keep getting calls and when it prompts me to be removed from the automated service it just hangs up after pressing 5. If you try to speak to a live person it puts you to voicemail. This is extremely frustrating because this is my business cell and is costing me money. I get a least 5 calls a week about refinancing my house.
