Who called from 3608191065

I Just received a phone call from him today, saying that he is an IRS officer. My phone hand up on him; I did not hear the full story.
I am wondering if any law enforcement pursue scammers like this.

Called with a heavy accent telling me to call this number that I was being investigated by the irs...

got a message saying that my address was being watched by the FBI and that it was urgen i call him back

I just had a call from this person with strong asian accent, you can't understand a thing until he says investigation and left a number to call him back. I did not call him and blocked his number.

Same as above. Did not answer the scammer. Guy with heavy accent left VM...something about address being watched and to call him back. I honestly deleted the rest of the message before the end because the message was laughably bad.
