Same as most people above . Man with very thick accent saying he was from the tax dept . Saying he was Officer ( couldn't understand his name ) . Tried to say I owed money for back taxes . Bogus call they are just hoping someone falls for their mess ....
Called and left a message but started their recording before the voicemail beep. I only caught "It is very important you call us back about this case", then he proceeded to repeat the callback number twice. It was a gentleman with a thick Indian accent.
