calls asking for Martha and asking to verify that we have smoke detectors

I Have My Number On A Do Not Call List, And This Number Call Twice A Week

This number is some foreigners that call me every day at all hours of the day asking if I have smoke detectors in my home. I have asked them repeatedly to remove my number from their list & they argue with me stating, "This is a survey. It is NOT a telemarketing call." I said, "I am not interested in a survey," & they continue to call anyway. Once they called at 9PM & woke up my children. They are very rude & they hang up on me when I don't participate with their "surveys."
